I hope you all had a few days of rest? enjoyment? family time?

I have spent time visiting all of my family and feel pretty worn out. Today I have endeavoured to sit down and update my website to bring you more value for money but I am struggling today!

I have walked my dog twice, been food shopping and tidied up a little!!

I have to sit down over the next few days and put together my first six weeks of session plans for the new year.

Candlelit Pilates session Monday 14th December 6.15-7.15pm at Beccs Coney Hall West Wickham.
